How is Twilsoft different from RingCentral or Grasshopper?
Twilsoft connects directly to YOUR Twilio account. You own the infrastructure, keep your numbers, and pay Twilio's rates for calls (often much cheaper). Other providers lock you into their platform with higher per-user fees and long-term contracts.
What do I need to get started?
A Twilio account with at least one phone number and API keys. Twilio offers free trial credits to get started. Then just sign up for Twilsoft, connect your keys, and download the mobile app.
Can I use my existing Twilio phone numbers?
Yes! Twilsoft works with any Twilio phone number you already own. Connect them in the web dashboard and start making calls immediately. Your numbers stay in your Twilio account — you're always in control.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your Twilio API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM encryption and never exposed to the client. Authentication uses Firebase with industry-standard security. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
What happens to my voicemails?
Voicemails are stored on your Twilio account (not on our servers) with automatic transcription. You can listen, download, and delete them from the mobile app. Voicemails are automatically cleaned up after 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from the billing page and your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. Your Twilio account and phone numbers are unaffected.
